IKAM Green Solutions is more than a company—it’s the result of two minds coming together to solve a real-world problem: how to turn waste into value, and packaging into purpose.

The idea was born from a deep commitment to sustainability, resource efficiency, and smart manufacturing. At a time when the world is shifting toward circular economies, we saw an opportunity to build something meaningful—not just profitable. A company that merges green thinking with solid business execution.

​Ion Gilice, Co-Founder & Chairman, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience spanning production, logistics, international trade, and real estate. Based in Florida, Gilice brings not only capital and local insight, but also a deep business instinct. He plays a vital role in securing strategic partnerships, attracting investors, and setting up our U.S. operations, particularly during the critical launch phase.

Florentin Neacsu, Co-Founder & CEO, is the architect behind IKAM’s strategy and operations. Florentin brings a strong background in business development, real estate, complemented by a degree in Environmental Engineering. He combines technical understanding with entrepreneurial drive, leading the company’s strategy, operations, and long-term growth. His focus is on building efficient systems, forging strong supplier and client relationships, and turning IKAM’s vision into a fully operational and scalable business.

Together, we are building a state-of-the-art recycled carton packaging facility in Florida, with the aim of servicing a growing demand for sustainable materials in the U.S. and global markets. Our products are designed to help businesses reduce their environmental impact without compromising on quality, reliability, or scalability.
